Maestra Morales' class at Riverview spent a lot of time researching CA Missions. Instead of making a sugar cube mission, students used ThingLink to create a virtual tour of their mission. This was their first time using ThingLink, which allows users to place video, photos, text, and web links on top of a static photo. To provide the directions for this activity, NearPod was used. This app allowed the teacher to send content to all student iPads simultaneously, while also controlling the flow of the content delivery.
